However, when designed, the pipe generally has a longer lifespan than the screw, so its normal wear and tear does not require maintenance compared to the wear of the screw. So, how do we operate and repair the screw wear of the automatic packing belt production line?

01. How to repair the wear of the packing belt production line?

1. For the screw of the packing belt production line that originally had a chrome-plated layer, it can be chrome-plated again after the coating is worn. At present, metal spraying technology has begun to be used in the manufacture and repair of packing belt production lines.

2. When there is local abnormal damage to the body of the packaging belt production line (such as serious scratches near the end), the sleeve insertion method can be used. The inner diameter of the inserted sleeve should be appropriate, and should be surface treated or lined with bimetal. Lined.

3. After the upper part of the screw of the packing belt production line is worn, it can usually be repaired by welding a special anti-wear alloy. Begin by grinding the outer (thread top) surface of the worn packing tape screw to a uniform size. The grinding depth is generally 1.7mm, and the size of the surface alloy layer is maintained at a sufficient machining allowance and a sufficient height of at least 3mm. Then grind the outer circle and threaded flanks of the screw. The diameter size is usually larger than the new size. This is to compensate for the amount of wear on the tube and maintain the originally designed radial clearance. Partial damage to the strapping line can also use this method.

02. Please pay attention to the following three points in the daily operation of the packing belt production line:

1. The operation process needs to be clearly defined. It is necessary to have a basic understanding of the structure, working principle, operation procedure and adjustment method of the packaging machine.

2. After the operation is over, cut off the power supply and turn off the switch to prevent leakage and cause electric shock.

3. Before starting, confirm whether each spare part of the packing belt production line is in normal working condition.
