If domestic LLDPE7042 is used to produce PE-Xa pipes, the cost is low, but due to too large MI, low molecular weight and low density, resulting in poor strength, fast aging, and short service life, it is easy to burst after use, so that rework and cut the pipe Reinstallation is inevitable. The resin has high volatile content, and there will be small holes on the surface or hidden places of the pipe, forming different degrees of stress concentration, affecting the high temperature resistance of the product and shortening the service life.


Therefore, in addition to requiring the volatile matter of the resin processing enterprise to be qualified, the PE pipe production line cannot be wetted by water or contaminated by other things during transportation and storage.


At the same time, it is necessary to ensure the time and uniformity of raw material mixing, generally controlled at 15min, and pay attention to the order and skills of feeding, so that the resin and various additives are evenly dispersed, in order to ensure stable product performance and long service life.

The amount of cross-linking agent added must be accurate, and the degree of cross-linking needs to reach a certain height, which not only meets the standard requirements, but also the quality of the cross-linking agent is stable.
