High temperature polyethylene (PE-RT) is a polyethylene material modified by copolymerization with octene. It is a kind of medium density polyethylene produced by special molecular design and synthesis process. It obtains a unique molecular structure by controlling the number and distribution of side chain octene, thereby improving the heat resistance of polyethylene. Due to the existence of the short octene chain, the macromolecules of PE cannot be crystallized in one lamellae, but run through several crystals, forming a connection between the crystals.
